Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Butter
4 cloves of
Garlic
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Soy
Sauce
Frozen
Meatballs
Directions:
- Melt butter in a medium/large sized sauce pan over medium heat. Once butter is melted, toss in the diced cloves of garlic and let them cook for about 30 – 60 seconds.
- Pour in ketchup, honey and soy sauce and stir together. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and cover; let cook for roughly 5 minutes.
- I heated up my meatballs on another pan & wait until the sauce is boiled.
- if meatballs are ready to go, throw them into the pot with the sauce and let them cook together for several minutes on medium low to low heat.
- Garnish with some diced green onion and serve over rice.
- Enjoy!
