RECIPES: FILIPINO BEEF STEAK

Filipino Beef Steak

Ingredients:

1 lb Beef Sirloin (thin sliced)
1 Large Lemon
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Whole Yellow Onion (cut into rings)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil (I use coconut oil)
salt to taste

Directions:

  • Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon and ground black pepper for 30 mins.-1 hr.
  • Heat oil in the pan, stir fry the onion rings until texture is soft then set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry the marinated beef (without marinated) until colors turns brown then set aside.
  • Put in the garlic then saute for a few min.
  • Pour the marinade & bring to boil.
  • Put in the fried beef and simmer for 15 mins. or until meat is tender. add water if needed.
  • Add the stir fry onion rings and some salt to taste
  • Serve hot & enjoy (:
